HOW WE WORK / FROM BRIEF TO HANDOVER
A clear process.
A shared understanding.
Good software starts with agreeing what it needs to do. Here’s how we work through the decisions with you, from the first conversation to the system you can use.
Discuss your project
01 / PROJECT STAGEUnderstand what you need
We start with the work you want the software to handle. For a trading system, that means your rules, market, broker and the decisions you still make manually. For a business application, we walk through the people, data and processes involved. You can bring existing code, a written strategy or simply the problem you want to solve.
02 / PROJECT STAGEAgree how the system will work
Together, we turn the requirements into a scope with clear milestones. We map the integrations, access requirements and failure scenarios before development begins. You review the proposed architecture, what is included and any open questions. The estimate follows the agreed scope rather than a generic package.
03 / PROJECT STAGEBuild through working milestones
You see the software as it takes shape and can check whether it fits your workflow. We explain the behavior, discuss decisions and review feedback against the brief. If requirements change, we agree the effect on scope and timing before taking on the additional work.
04 / PROJECT STAGETest the behavior that matters
Testing follows the acceptance criteria we agreed. Depending on your project, that includes historical data, demo execution, integration checks and disconnected services. We document the results and explain the limitations, including what needs observation in live conditions. A backtest is evidence about historical behavior, not a promise of future returns.
05 / PROJECT STAGERelease and hand over
We agree the deployment environment and the steps for bringing the system into use. Handover covers the configuration, documentation and access included in the scope. We also clarify who will monitor the application and what support or maintenance has been agreed, so you know how to operate it after launch.

Tell us what you have in mind.
A strategy, an existing application or a task you want to automate is enough to start the conversation. We’ll work through what we need to know together.
