01Understanding your project
We start by working through what you want the software to do. For a trading system, that means your entry and exit rules, position sizing, broker and the decisions you still make manually. Together, we turn those details into a brief that both sides can work from.
02Planning the system
Before development begins, we map how the parts fit together: where data comes from, how orders are handled and what should happen when a connection fails. You review the proposed scope and milestones, with dependencies and open questions explained up front.
03Building and reviewing
The software takes shape through working milestones. You can review the behavior, try the interface and point out anything that does not match your workflow. We discuss changes as they arise, so a misunderstanding in the brief does not become a surprise at handover.
04Testing against the brief
We check the finished behavior against the requirements we agreed. Depending on the project, this includes historical testing, demo execution, integration checks and failure scenarios. We explain what was tested, what the results show and what still needs to be observed in live conditions.
05Deployment and handover
We agree how the system will be released and who will operate it. The handover covers the configuration, documentation and access included in your scope, along with any monitoring or maintenance arrangements. You leave knowing how to use the software and where to turn for help.
